There are just too many options for things to watch, nowadays. And, it's been like this for some time now, but every once in a while I think about this. I love TV, and I love movies. I don't think I have a favorite between the two, some days it's movies and some days it's TV. Right now, it's TV time!
I love a great many things, and a great many genres. I love dramas, I love comedies, I love political shows, I love suspenseful shows, I love cartoons, and I love thrillers too.
Here we go, here is my list of things that I'm interested in watching, that which there is just not enough time in the day to watch these all.
Cutthroat presidential advisers get their personal lives hopelessly tangled up with professional duties as they try to conduct the business of running a country. Fictional Democratic President Josiah "Jed" Bartlet suffers no fools, and that policy alienates many. He and his dedicated staffers struggle to balance the needs of the country with the political realities of Washington, D.C., working through two presidential terms that include countless scandals, threats and political scuffles, as well as the race to succeed Bartlet as the leader of the free world.
Just an amazing and fun show to watch. Something about how I consume workplace tv shows, I feel like I work there. And I just overall really like The West Wing! It's from the 90's and into the 00's, but it is a wonderful show!
Jennifer Walters has a complicated life as a single, 30-something attorney who also happens to be a green 6-foot-7-inch superpowered hulk.
The story of the Targaryen civil war that took place about 200 years before events portrayed in `Game of Thrones.'
Mensa-fied best friends and roommates Leonard and Sheldon, physicists who work at the California Institute of Technology, may be able to tell everybody more than they want to know about quantum physics, but getting through most basic social situations, especially ones involving women, totally baffles them. How lucky, then, that babe-alicious waitress/aspiring actress Penny moves in next door. Frequently seen hanging out with Leonard and Sheldon are friends and fellow Caltech scientists Wolowitz and Koothrappali. Will worlds collide? Does Einstein theorize in the woods?
This series brings to screens for the very first time the heroic legends of the fabled Second Age of Middle-earth's history. This epic drama is set thousands of years before the events of J.R.R. Tolkien's "The Hobbit" and "The Lord of the Rings," and takes viewers back to an era in which great powers were forged, kingdoms rose to glory and fell to ruin, unlikely heroes were tested, hope hung by the finest of threads and the greatest villain that ever flowed from Tolkien's pen threatened to cover all the world in darkness. Beginning in a time of relative peace, the series follows an ensemble cast of characters, both familiar and new, as they confront the long-feared reemergence of evil to Middle-earth. From the darkest depths of the Misty Mountains, to the majestic forests of the elf-capital of Lindon, to the breathtaking island kingdom of NĂºmenor, to the furthest reaches of the map, these kingdoms and characters carve out legacies that live on long after they are gone.
The story of Rebel spy Cassian Andor's formative years of the Rebellion and his difficult missions for the cause.
Bullied teen Maddie begins receiving messages from a mysterious stranger that claims to be her recently deceased father, David; his consciousness has been uploaded to the cloud after an experimental brain scan, and it turns out he's not the only one.
Companies rely on their IT departments to keep things running, and Reynholm Industries is no different. Relegated to the basement of its shining London office tower, the IT group, technicians Moss and Roy and department head Jen, does its best to keep things running with a minimum of effort and social contact. Work is a special challenge for Jen, for although her CV indicated a great deal of familiarity with computers, in reality, she doesn't have a clue.
And this doesn't include all the shows that I haven't been able to catch up on!
I'm watching The West Wing right now, so that's good enough for me!
I've only seen the first episode of Pantheon, Andor, The Rings of Power, The House of the Dragon, and She-Hulk. Like I said, there is no time to watch more. I can also say, I'm not absolutely blown away by any of these shows. I like them all, but to really focus on one, I'm not sure.
I also like reading, and I've got a lot to read, check that out here!
