Bill and Frank
Another superb episode.

Bill and Frank, a nice departure from what we've been seeing - because this isn't solely focused on Joel and Ellie, but also this isn't what we've seen in the game before either. We see Bill (from the game, being played by Nick Offerman..) and Frank (we have heard his name in the game but never met him, being played by Murray Bartlett). Now, this was the story of Bill and Frank, a couple of men falling in love in the aftermath of the outbreak. Let's talk..
I was blown away by Nick Offerman, as Bill. It's been some time for me since I've played the game - so I can't remember how Bill died or even if he did in the game.. but Bill dies in this show in this episode.

A couple of men falling in love in the aftermath of the outbreak. Bill, the pragmatic doomsday prepper. Frank, the hungry man trying to go to Boston.

This episode we see their lives from the start of their relationship to the ultimate end. They are together and they grow together until Frank becomes sick. When the time comes, Frank asks Bill to kill him with pills because it's time for him to die. Little does Frank know - Bill adds pills to the bottle so they both end up dying.

I'm excited to see what happens next with Joel and Ellie!

I'm most certainly not doing this story justice - this is a must watch. This episode, for me - 4/5. I cared about Bill and Frank and this was a nice episode.
