Well this was an interesting read! I heard all the hype regarding Badlree’s novel, Boookshops & Bonedust, and the hype certainly did not disappoint. Quick, witty, smart, and awesome. I love reading about the different races interacting. This is just fun and fantastical and it's awesome!
Every few pages I’m impressed at the prose, very elegant and intelligent. I’m learning so many new words!
This story seemed to keep me entertained, and without getting into my specific religious ideologies, the main relationship in the story was not too overpowering in the entirety of the book.
Overall, I feel this was a pretty good book. Luckily the prose and the magic system kept me engaged! I’m interested in reading more of Travis Baldree!
